The JQJ training programs are planned and conducted in such a manner where trainees acquire practical skills through workshop, practice etc. related to the subject of the program and discussions using examples for the participants’ workplace.

How We Do

The training is made up of introductory training (General Orientation Course) to teach about the language, culture and society and practical training (Specialized Technical Training) to teach about the specific technical skills at the premises of host companies. JQJ builds career of the unemployed unskilled and unemployed youth by conducting large number of skill development courses covering a wide spectrum of Job Roles specified by the Sector Skill Councils of industry segments. On successful completion of courses interviews and tests are arranged for employment.
